The Bellman Espresso & Steamer CX 25P ensures that you'll never need to sacrifice rich and delicious espresso, paired with velvety steamed milk. This stovetop unit allows you to rival your favorite local cafe. Brew between 3-9 espressos and serve the entire gang, the Bellman produces intense, crema topped espresso that will have you looking forward to your next coffee.

An attached pressure gauge also allows you know exactly the pressure so you can extract a well balanced shot. Save yourself the trip to your local cafe by whipping up barista quality espresso and steamed milk from the power of your own stove.

Stovetop Espresso and Steamed Milk in 3 Easy Steps Preparing the CX25P

• Add water to the unit to reach the 3, 6 or 9 level indicator.
• Use boiling water to speed up the heating process.
• Fill the basket with ground coffee, using the basket reducer if required. Use a full basket for best results.
• Place on medium-high heat.
• Ensure heat source is not larger than the base diameter.

Espresso Shots

• Let the pressure gauge reach the start of the green zone.
• Open the coffee valve to pour espresso.
• Maintain pressure at the start of the green zone by adjusting the heat or removing if needed.
• If the espresso splutters reduce the pressure and keep in the green zone.
• Close the coffee valve when desired espresso volume is achieved.

Milk Steaming

• Increase the heat to allow the pressure gauge to reach the start of the yellow zone.
• Fill a milk jug with 1/3 to 1/2 full milk.
• Place the tip of the steam wand just below the surface of the milk.
• Slowly open the steam valve until there is a strong flow of steam.
• Keep the tip of the wand near the side of the jug to create a vortex in the milk. As the milk froths, lower the jug to keep the tip just below the surface.
• If you do not hear a hissing sound or it turns to a deep rumble the wand is too deep.
